Shipt
I led a complete re-brand of Shipt, a grocery delivery service owned by Target. Working closely with Shipt’s in-house brand marketing and product team we used customer insights to develop a new strategic framework for the brand, driven by the core strategic idea of ‘Over-Delivering Delivery’.
This human-focused approach guided everything we did. We created a new fun and approachable visual and verbal identity that we applied across the entire Shipt brand. This included a comprehensive design and illustration system, photography style and core product experience. I also worked closely with our marketing team to introduce the new Shipt to the world through a multi-channel brand marketing campaign.
